Hot Stone Massage Therapy

Service Description

A hot stone massage involves the use of smooth, heated stones. Some stones will be placed on specific points on your body, over a towel, where the heat will create relaxation. Other stones will be used with oil throughout the session to massage your tension and stress away. You can choose to concentrate your therapy on just your back or have a body massage. Stones will be placed on your body over a towel, near the end of the session to slow the pace down and give you a moment to connect with stillness and the heat.
